The agreement between Regala AI, Inc. and our customers.
Effective April 30, 2026.
1. Service
Regala AI, Inc. provides software for compliance monitoring, regulatory intelligence, and document review. Specifics live in your order form.
2. Acceptable use
No reverse-engineering of detection models. No use to obstruct legitimate regulatory inquiry. No resale without written agreement.
3. Data
You own your data. We hold a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.
4. Liability
Regala provides decision support, not legal advice. Final compliance determinations remain with you and your counsel.
5. Term
Annual contract by default; month-to-month available on request.
6. Governing law
Delaware.
