What we do

• Cite primary sources on every claim — never paraphrase.
• Surface confidence scores, not certainty.
• Refuse to ship features that hallucinate. Accuracy bar is >99% on regulatory citations.
• Publish post-mortems on detection misses within 5 business days.

What we don't do

• Provide legal advice.
• Sign off on jurisdictional questions our customers should answer with counsel.
• Use customer content to train cross-tenant models.
